About 13 years ago I was introduced to ham and cheese roll-ups, but I wanted to take them to a whole new level.

It’s definitely a favorite Keto recipe of mine — just like this Keto, Crustless Quiche!

From my love for Keto, ham and cheese, this baked version of roll ups, filled with spices was born!

I loved taking these roll-ups to a spring gathering because it adds a fun twist to the traditional method of ham and cheese roll-ups — and in my opinion, a way-better tasting option!

It makes a perfect Easter appetizer or Mother’s Day appetizer!

And it’s super quick…which is perfect for holidays!

Easy Keto Baked ham and cream cheese roll ups

Baked Ham and Cheese Roll-ups

Yield: 10 roll ups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Easy, Keto baked ham and cream cheese roll-ups are full of the perfect blend of fresh spices and baked to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of sandwich ham
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
  • olive oil, extra virgin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place slices of ham on cookie sheet.
  3. Add a thin slice of cream cheese to each slice of ham.
  4. Sprinkle all spices except the honey granules on top.
  5. Gently roll up the ham roll-up and tuck to seal.
  6. Sprinkle with honey granules.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for ten minutes or until roll-ups are golden brown and cheese is hot.
  9. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
