I know I’m sharing the recipe with all of you guys, but just thinking about all the amazing smells that could be filling my house right now is just a little bit too distracting for this die hard pumpkin fan.

I firmly believe every house should smell like pumpkin in the fall season.

Fall is my favorite season!

Swesters, gorgeous colored leaves that delicately tumble to the chilly ground.

Whiffs of chimney smoke filling the crisp, fall air.

Apple cobblers baking in the oven begging for a fresh coop of vanilla ice cream.

Thanksgiving plans are in swing.

And everyone is loving cloves, pumpkin spice, nutmeg and all things hazelnut.

But one of my top picks of the fall season is all the pumpkin recipes that are flooding my social media.

I don’t get tired of it and you won’t hear this gal complain!

Pumpkin coffee, pumpkin cheesecake (this is my favorite cheesecake recipe for pumpkin lovers right here chocolate chip pumpkin muffins (like these!), pumpkin parfaits, pumpkin candles, pumpkin lip gloss, pumpkin soup, pumpkin turnovers are all on my “have to make before Christmas” list! <3 Because when Christmas season come, the pumpkins disappear as fast as they reappeared. Because I’m busy, and you’re busy, I’ve tried to make this recipe as easy-peasy as possible.

That means we took a few store-bought short-cuts.

That also means you’re going to be making these waffles all season long!

You just need some homemade pumpkin pancake and waffle syrup to go with it.

When I’m out of pumpkin spice, I simply add cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and all spice.

Easy Pumpkin Cinnawaffles

Yield: 8 waffles
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 8 minutes

Easy pumpkin cinnawaffles will please all pumpkin fans! Super easy pumpkin spice recipe is included -- AND a REAL pumpkin glaze for die hard pumpkin fans who need extra pumpkin in every bite! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 Tablepoons milk

Optional: REAL pumpkin glaze

  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tabespoon melted butter, cooled

Instructions

  1. Open can and unroll cinnamon buns.
  2. Flatten cinnamon buns and sprinkle each cinnamon bun with pumpkin spice.
  3. Place flattened cinnamon buns on greased waffle iron. Cook according to waffle iron's directions (typically until the light switches off.)
  4. Remove cinnawaffles from waffle iron.
  5. Make icing by combining powdered sugar, milk and pumpkin spice.
  6. Drizzle on top of cinnawaffles for a pumpkin finish!

For the REAL pumpkin glaze

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add more powdered sugar if glaze is too thin, if it's too thick add more milk.
