Ingredients

  • 4 cup uncooked bow-tie pasta
  • 1 14.5 oz can of condensed tomato soup
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp chicken seasoning, or chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in all ingredients, reserving 1 cup of mozzarella cheese for topping.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat until boiling and reduce heat and simmer on low for three minutes.
  4. Now, sprinkle remaining one cup of mozzarella cheese on top and cook on low until cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with additional Parsley or Italian seasoning.
