Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin or boneless, skinless chicken, diced
  • 2 large carrots, diced
  • 1 broccoli crown, diced
  • 1 cauliflower crown, diced
  • 1 onion
  • 8 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 tbsp water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In large skillet or wok, stir-fry meat and onions on medium-high heat until cooked.
  2. Add veggies and remaining ingredients and stir-fry until veggies are crisp-tender.
  3. Serve with Jasmine rice for a truly authentic, Asian meal!
