Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 2½ tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • dash of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1½ tbsp milk
  • 5 tbsp all purpose flour, heat treated
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread flour on cookie sheet and bake flour 5-10 minutes to “heat treat” it.
  3. Cream together brown sugar and butter until smooth.
  4. Mix in salt, flour, milk and vanilla.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate one hour before serving so it’s scoop friendly!
  7. Enjoy!
