These Nutella browned butter chocolate chip blondies are a rich, fudgy treat with deep, nutty flavor. Made with nutty browned butter, swirls of Nutella, and plenty of chocolate chips, this easy blondies recipe is decadent, chewy, and comes together in one bowl for a no-fuss homemade dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • about ⅓ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Next, lightly grease and flour an 8 × 8 baking pan.
  3. In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients and stir.
  4. Next, stir in flour just until thoroughly combined.
  5. Next, fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Now, pour blondie batter into prepared baking pan.
  7. Then, break out your Nutella jar and scoop out about ⅓ cup
  8. With a spoon, gently pour over blondies in five straight lines, horizontally.
  9. Then, using a toothpick, draw vertical lines in the blondies to create a marbled pattern.
  10. Now, you’re ready to bake!
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let cool before cutting. Enjoy!
