Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Stir dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except eggs and chocolate chips, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Next, mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. Now, spray skillet or griddle with cooking spray and cook ½ cup of pancake mixture.
  5. Carefully sprinkle one Tablespoon of chocolate chips onto pancake.
  6. Flip when sides are bubbly and middle is less runny.
  7. Continue cooking until light brown.
  8. Repeat for each pancake.
  9. Serve with syrup, almonds and chocolate chips.
