Ingredients

- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Stir dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, except eggs and chocolate chips, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Next, mix in eggs one at a time.
- Now, spray skillet or griddle with cooking spray and cook ½ cup of pancake mixture.
- Carefully sprinkle one Tablespoon of chocolate chips onto pancake.
- Flip when sides are bubbly and middle is less runny.
- Continue cooking until light brown.
- Repeat for each pancake.
- Serve with syrup, almonds and chocolate chips.
