- 2 stick of butter at room temperature
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 oz package of instant pudding in the flavor of your choice (we use white chocolate or vanilla)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2¼ – 2½ cup all purpose flour
- 12 oz package of chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, white, and brown sugar.
- Mix in eggs, pudding powder, and vanilla.
- Combine baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl.
- Mix into wet ingredients.
- Add flour until the mixture isn’t sticking to the sides of the bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls and place on an ungreased baking pan and bake for 9-11 minutes (10 is perfect in my oven) or until the cookies are a light golden brown.
