These chocolate chip pudding cookies are soft, thick, and bursting with chocolate chips in every bite. Made with a box of instant pudding mix folded right into the dough, this pudding cookie recipe stays extra moist and chewy, and makes a big batch perfect for sharing with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 stick of butter at room temperature
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 oz package of instant pudding in the flavor of your choice (we use white chocolate or vanilla)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • – 2½ cup all purpose flour
  • 12 oz package of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together butter, white, and brown sugar.
  2. Mix in eggs, pudding powder, and vanilla.
  3. Combine baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix into wet ingredients.
  5. Add flour until the mixture isn’t sticking to the sides of the bowl.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Roll into balls and place on an ungreased baking pan and bake for 9-11 minutes (10 is perfect in my oven) or until the cookies are a light golden brown.
