- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup neutral oil
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each one in a small bowl of powdered sugar.
- Place the powdered sugar balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 5–8 minutes, until slightly browned around the edges.
- Enjoy! Store in an airtight container and enjoy within 5 days.

- Uses one standard boxed strawberry cake mix.
- Roll the dough balls generously in powdered sugar for that pretty crinkle look as they bake.
