Ingredients

  • 10-12 large pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion
  • ½ cup pickles
  • 11 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of mustard;
  • 4 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp powdered garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the shells in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add ground beef to a frying pan with oil.
  4. Cook for 6-7 minutes, on medium-high heat.
  5. Add chopped onion and cook for additional two minutes.
  6. Add mustard, tomato sauce, pickles, half of the cheese, powdered garlic,
  7. Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Spoon the ground beef mixture to each shell, about 2 tbsp spoons for each.
  9. Place filled shells in a buttered casserole dish.
  10. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  11. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven and serve
