Ingredients Needed for Cheeseburger Stuffed Shells

  • 10-12 large pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 11 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. of mustard;
  • 4 tbsp. of tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tbsp. powdered garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Stuffed Cheeseburger Shells Recipe

Boil the shells in salted water until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Add ground beef to a frying pan with oil.

Cook for 6-7 minutes, on medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and cook for additional two minutes.

Add mustard, tomato sauce, pickles, half of the cheese, powdered garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, and salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon the ground beef mixture to each shell, about 2 tbsp.

Put them in a buttered casserole dish.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Can You Freeze Cheeseburger Stuffed Shells?

We don’t recommend freezing pasta dishes.

However, you can cook this recipe in the morning, and refrigerate until the evening.

Once you’re ready for dinner, bake for the 20 minutes suggested in the recipe below.
