- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 8 oz package fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cup whipping cream
- 6 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp oregano
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- In large saucepan, saute diced chicken in 2 tbsp oil.
- Cook until no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Next, add garlic and cook for one minute.
- Then, add seasonings, butter, whipping cream and cheese.
- Cook on med-low heat until cheese is melted and all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated throughout the dish.
- Serve Alfredo sauce over prepared noodles.
