Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 8 oz bottle Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, place 1½ inches of oil and heat on med-high.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium-sized bowl combine flour and seasonings, except Italian dressing.
  3. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  4. In a smaller bowl, pour the Italian dressing.
  5. Now, dip one chicken tender in the dressing and then in the flour mixture. Repeat for each tender and fry in skillet until golden brown on both sides. Watch the tenders carefully so you will not burn them. The oil will continue to heat, so I turn the skillet off after emptying each batch.
  6. Drain chicken tenders and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
