Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe banana, peeled
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2½ cup cold milk
  • ¾ cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place ice in blender.
  2. Add the banana and berries.
  3. Toss the spinach on top.
  4. Gently pour the milk over all the fruit and veggies.
  5. Blend on high until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately.
