Ingredients

- 1 box carrot cake mix, 18.25 oz
- 1 egg
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In large mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix, egg, pumpkin and margarine. Beat for three minutes.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon muffin batter into parchment lined of lightly greased muffin cups. Batter will be thick.
- Bake for 20 minutes nad remove from oven.
- Once slightly cooled, gently remove muffins from pan using a butter knife to keep edges from sticking.
- Enjoy!
