- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil and butter with the cake mix. Mix well.
- Using a small scoop or Tablespoon, scoop out one tablespoon of dough per cookie onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- With damp or wet fingers, lightly press each cookie to flatten.
- Sprinkle pecans on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 8 minutes for chewier cookies and 10 minutes for crispier cookies.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving.
