Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large white fish fillets
  • 1 lime
  • 6 clove of garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp seasoning salt, I use Lawry’s or McCormick Perfect Pinch Chicken Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In small saucepan, melt 3 tbsp butter.
  3. Place your fillets on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over each fillet.
  5. Cut the lime in half and squeeze juice over each fillet.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  7. Sprinkle all remaining spices on top of each fillet.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  9. Serve with slices of lime. Enjoy!
