For the Crust
- 2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 10 tbsp melted butter
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
For Filling
- 4 cup vanilla flavored yogurt
- 2 cup chopped milk chocolate
- 2 cup broken graham cracker pieces
- 4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Stir sugar into crushed graham cracker crumbs.
- Add melted butter and stir.
- Press crumbly mixture into one glass, 13×9 baking pan.
- Sprinkle three cups of marshmallows on top of crust.
- Bake for eight minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow pan to cool completely.
For the filling
- Mix 1 cup of chopped chocolate, 1 cup of graham cracker pieces into 4 cup of yogurt until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Spread filling into cooled pan.
- Sprinkle with leftover toppings.
- Freeze four hours or until firm.
