- 1½-2 cup Eckrich Original Skinless Smoked Sausage Rope, diced
- 1 or 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 broccoli crown, diced
- 1 cauliflower crown, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 2 splashes fresh lime juice
- a few tablespoons water
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- In large skillet or wok, stir-fry sausage and onions on medium-high heat until cooked.
- Add veggies and remaining ingredients and stir-fry until veggies are crisp-tender.
- Serve with Jasmine rice.
