Ingredients

  • -2 cup Eckrich Original Skinless Smoked Sausage Rope, diced
  • 1 or 2 large carrots, diced
  • 1 broccoli crown, diced
  • 1 cauliflower crown, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 splashes fresh lime juice
  • a few tablespoons water
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In large skillet or wok, stir-fry sausage and onions on medium-high heat until cooked.
  2. Add veggies and remaining ingredients and stir-fry until veggies are crisp-tender.
  3. Serve with Jasmine rice.
