Ingredients

- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 slices corned beef
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Thousand Island
- 2 tbsp canned sauerkraut
- 2 slices rye or sourdough bread
Instructions
- Brush melted butter on two slices of bread.
- Grill until golden brown.
- Spread grilled bread with Thousand Island.
- Top with saurkraut.
- Place corned beef on top of saurkraut.
- Place sliced Swiss on top.
- Broil open-faced sandwich until cheese is melted — about three minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with slice of grilled bread.
- Enjoy!
