- 2 cup Oreo Cookies, crushed (about 20 cookies)
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condense milk
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 snickers bars, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Line a 24 mini-muffin cups with parchment paper.
- In medium-sized bowl, stir cookie crumbs, butter and sugar together until moist and thoroughly mixed.
- Press 1 tsp cookie mixture into each mini muffin cup firmly.
- Place in fridge and let set for 10 minutes.
- In large bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Beat until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Pour mixture onto cookie crust, filling cups almost to the top.
- Gently sprinkle chopped snickers bars on top of each mini cheesecake.
- Freeze until firm.
- Serve frozen or chilled.
