Ingredients

  • 2 qt milk, (whole or evaporated)
  • 3 5 oz cans salmon, (boneless, skinless)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 8 tbsp bacon, (crumbled,optional)
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cup cooked potatoes, (diced, optional)
  • 2 cup croutons, (optional)
  • ½ tsp ground peppercorn or black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat salmon, milk and butter on medium-low heat for three minutes and stir.
  2. Add seasonings and optional potatoes, if desired.
  3. Cook additional 7 minutes and serve.
  4. Top with crumbled bacon and croutons, if desired.
