For Cookies

  • 13 oz Nutella
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 XL egg
  • 1¾ cup self rising flour

For Cookie Dip

  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat Nutella, butter and egg in large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Slowly, add flour — ⅓ cup at a time.
  4. Knead cookie dough gently for two minutes.
  5. Roll into quarter-sized balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  6. Place cookies about one inch apart.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let completely cool before removing from pan.

For Dip

  1. Beat all dip ingredients together in medium-sized mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
