These oven-baked sweet and salty s’mores are a fun, mess-free twist on the campfire classic. Made with buttery Ritz crackers, Hershey’s chocolate, and toasty marshmallows, this easy s’mores recipe is sweet, salty, and gooey, and comes together right in the oven for parties and snack-time treats.

Ingredients

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 3 Large Hershey Chocolate Bars
  • 10 Large Marshmallows, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. On an ungreased cookie sheet, place 20 of the Ritz crackers flat side up.
  3. Next, place one small rectangle of chocolate on top.
  4. Then, place a marshmallow half.
  5. Carefully top with another Ritz cracker.
  6. Repeat for all crackers.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or just until marshmallows are slightly melted.
  8. Remove from oven and let them cool slightly.
  9. Lastly, gently press down on the top cracker to level out the s’mores.
  10. Do not bake these goodies too long, as the crackers can become soft — eww! No one likes a soft Ritz cracker!
