Ingredients

  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut mini croissants in half.
  2. Scoop ice cream on top of one half of the croissant.
  3. Place the other half on top.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
