The brilliant creation came to me the other day when my kiddos wanted some ice cream sundaes.

I was trying my best to divvy out the ice cream without licking the scoop.

But then I spotted some croissants and wondered.

Could I?

Should I?

My kids saw me begin to rush around.

They knew I was having a lightbulb moment and just watched and giggled.

Could a delectable dessert really be that easy to whip up? Could it?

They started grinning when I insisted that I “taste test” my creation before I placed it on the website.

Three Ingredient Cream Puffs

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 mini croissants
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cut mini croissants in half.
  • Scoop ice cream on top of one half of the croissant.
  • Place the other half on top.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
