Easy Cappuccino Mousse
Creamy, silky and luxurious are the only words fit to describe this easy cappuccino mousse that's ready in just minutes. Indulge in this easy recipe now! You can thank me later!
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
- 1 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 8 oz. whipped topping, divided
- cinnamon, for garnish
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Slowly beat in milk, then coffee until well blended.
- Add pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes then fold in ½ of the whipped topping.
- Divide mousse into 6 dessert dishes.
- Garnish with remaining cool whip and cinnamon.
