This cheesy chicken parmesan is a variation of beloved recipe my mom made when I was a child. I remember it being one she frequently served — which is a testament to how truly delicious and simple it is to make.
I used Tyson® Parmesan Herb Encrusted Chicken which lends a whole new flavor to her already wonderful recipe. The chicken itself is real white meat chicken with 100% all natural ingredients. And the parmesan breading on the chicken gives this dish an amazing taste!

Easy Chicken Parmesan in Foil
Frozen Parmesan Herb Encrusted Chicken Strips (25 oz.)
1-jar of faves spaghetti sauce (I used traditional for this recipe)
1- box linguine noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prepare several 12 x 18 in. pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil. (You’ll need one piece of foil for each piece of chicken.)
Place one piece of pre-cookedand pre-breaded chicken onto a piece of foil.
Spoon 1/2 cup pasta sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle a generous portion of mozzarella over the sauce. Add a few dashes of Italian seasoning.
Seal the foil around the chicken by wrapping it at the middle and along both ends. Repeat these steps for each piece of chicken.
Place the foil packets on a large baking tray and bake for 18-23 minutes.
While the chicken packets are cooing, cook the linguine noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss the noodles with a generous amount of olive oil.
Let the chicken packets sit for 5-10 minutes after removing them from the oven.
Pour the contents of the packet over a serving of linguine. If desired, extra sauce and cheese can be added.
