  • 2 tablespoons oregano, for garnish
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Baking or frying

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce across each tortilla.
  3. Then, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Fold in half, then fold again.

  6. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and serve hot.
  7. *Optional: Feel free to bake this instead by placing them on a cookie sheet and baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until lightly browned and cheese is melted. I love drizzling a little olive oil on top of them before baking too.
