S'mores cracker candy recipe is super simple, quick and packs in all your favorite flavors of marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers into one candy recipe!

Easy S'mores Cracker Candy Recipe

Yield: 20 pieces of candy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate and secret special ingredients make these easy s'mores cracker candy pieces completely irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate pieces
  • 48 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1-2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup oil all over foil lined pan.
  4. Layer pan with saltine crackers.
  5. In medium sauce pan on lower heat, melt butter.
  6. Add one cup brown sugar to melted butter and whisk. Boil for 2-3 minutes while constantly whisking. Mixture should become golden and gooey.
  7. Pour golden gooey mixture onto top of crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.
  8. Bake for five minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate on top.
  10. Let chocolate sit for five minutes, then spread on top evenly.
  11. Add 1/2 cup marshmallows and broil for one minute -- no longer!
  12. Add remaining marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and additional chocolate.
  13. Cool in fridge for 30 minutes to harden candy.
  14. After 30 minutes, loosen the foil form the pan and break up cracker candy into pieces using a spatula and hands.
