How to Make Pizza Nachos

prepping pizza nachos

Ready? This could not be simpler.

First, layer your chips.

Lightly grease your sheet pan and spread the tortilla chips out in an even layer.

Give every chip a little room to shine!

Next, pile on the cheese.

Sprinkle all three cheeses right over the top. Monterey Jack, cheddar, and mozzarella.

Don’t be shy here. This is a THREE cheese situation, after all.

Then, add the pepperoni.

Scatter those pepperoni slices all over.

Every bite deserves a little pizza love.

Last, bake until melty and golden.

Pop the pan in a preheated 400°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

You’re looking for completely melted cheese with just a hint of golden bubble on top.

Is your mouth watering yet? Same.

Sprinkle with a little dried parsley if you’d like, then serve them up right away.

Warm, gooey, and gone in about five minutes flat!

Best Tips for Pizza Nachos

A few little things make a BIG difference here!

Grate your own cheese.

I know, I know, the bag is easier.

But freshly grated cheese melts so much better and tastes even richer.

If you’re in a hurry and reach for pre-shredded, no judgment! We’ve all been there.:)

Spread those chips in one even layer.

Piling chips too high leaves you with bare, cheese-less chips at the bottom.

And a bare nacho is a sad nacho!

Watch that cheese closely.

Every oven is a little different.

Keep an eye on things toward the end so your cheese gets melty and golden, not burnt.

Serve immediately.

Pizza nachos are at their gooey best fresh out of the oven.

So round up the family before they cool down!
