Fudgy Mint Oreo Brownies

A Fudgy Brownie that’s Packed with Mint Flavors!

Sometimes a busy week just needs a brownie (or a blondie!) fix — am I right?

And on those days, I don’t feel like making a thirty-step recipe.

I need a super-simple, but crazy-yummy dessert.

That’s where my twelve year-old daughter comes in — ha!

Bet you didn’t see that one coming…;0)

It’s true.

She’s my main baker around our house.

She took my love of all things cooking and started her own baking journey.

Easy, fudgy mint Oreo brownies are my favorite brownie recipe ever!

She’s the brownie, Southern biscuit , and chocolate chip cookie queen.

And she promises that there is one secrety-secret to making the fudgiest, yummiest brownies.

And since she’s my daughter, I totally believe her!

Fudgy Brownies are the BEST!

Lean in close and I’ll tell you.

No one’s reading over your shoulder, right?

Gorgeous, fudgymint brownies start with this batter!

We don’t want these baking secrets to get all over the place, do we?

It’s one simple swap.

Take that bottle of cooking oil and toss it to the wind!

Ahem..not really.

You’ll want to save it to make our simple, tuna croquettes…

But for baking?

Skip the oil.

Bleh.

Cooking oil ruins a chocolate dessert!

Serve fudgy, Oreo, mint brownies with a chilled mason jar of milk!

Go for the liquid gold — melted butter.

Use Butter in Brownie Recipes. Always.

You’ll never regret making that switch.

We recommend only using butter and some other easy switches in our secrets to a bakery-style cake.

Just a few simple changes and you’ll have a dense, moist, rich cake!
