Ingredients Needed for Pineapple Delight:

  • 1 15.2 5 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 package pineapple flavored gelatin
  • 8 oz. whipped cream
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 7 tablespoons butter melted
  • dash salt

Easy Mini Pineapple Delights

Yield: 12 servings

Mini pineapple delights make the perfect summer party recipe. They're sweet, tangy and absolutely gorgeous!


  • 1 15.25 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. pineapple gelatin
  • 8 oz. whipped cream
  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • ⅓ c. sugar
  • 7 tbsp. butter, melted
  • dash salt


  1. Stir whipped cream, crushed pineapple and gelatin in large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. In separate medium-sized bowl, stir graham crackers, sugar, butter and a dash salt together until incorporated.
  3. Press graham cracker mixture into bottoms of 12 muffin tins.
  4. Gently spread pineapple mixture on top.
  5. Freeze for two hours, or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer and top with additional whipped cream.
